Holistically healthy men dare to feel and express both lust and anger. They just refrain from doing so at the same time.
Lust (sexual desire) is a natural feeling that should not be suppressed. On the contrary, it should be felt and expressed in order to maintain and develop contact with masculine energy and drive. This includes taking the initiative in sex, which means venturing into dangerous territory in the prevailing, hypersensitive, feminist MeToo culture. The consequence is that reasonably intelligent men suppress their lust and thus the rest of their natural masculine identity and drive in society.
Anger is also a natural emotion that should not be suppressed. It should also be felt and expressed, as it is a companion to lust in the depths of the male psyche. Anger is the natural emotion that arises when one discovers great injustice. Suppressing anger therefore leads to suppressing the urge to fight injustice, allowing injustice to run rampant in society.
Holistically healthy men know that lust and anger are two different emotions. Lust arises in some situations, while anger arises in others.
When mentally unhealthy men merge lust and anger and direct the combined emotion and intention towards the same object, it can lead to rape and a pitiful and potentially violent online existence as an incel.
Combine lust and anger with wisdom
Holistically healthy men combine both lust and anger with wisdom in order to give both emotions a constructive outlet. Lust combined with wisdom leads to a healthy, active sex life, including the transformation of sexual energy into spiritual energy that can be used for other purposes.
Anger combined with wisdom is a fantastic driving force for peaceful and fearless political activism against injustice in society. Anger does not have to be expressed as violence, just as lust does not have to be expressed as sexual acts. Both are emotions, motivations and strong, masculine driving forces that, when combined with wisdom, can be used for various constructive purposes.
A man is not necessarily a great sinner who deserves to be punished forever in the public pillory because he expresses his lust in a way that causes a woman to feel violated. It may be that the man has made a mistake from which he should learn, or that the woman has not understood her role in sex and therefore should learn and take responsibility herself. It is about mistakes and learning – not a sinful, criminal battle between the sexes.
