Experience has showed that there are at least to ways to get your scientific article censored after publishing:
- Publish an article that claims that wearing facemasks can have negative health consequences and may not protect against COVID-19. This paper got censored recently because of that
- Publish an article that claims that is not scientifically proven that HIV causes AIDS. Professor Peter Duesberg experienced that som 10 years ago
In my opinion it is very important in the pursue of truth that the scientific journals also allow politically incorrect views to be published. Let the scientists argue pro et con instead of just censoring and retracting.
Health policy should be based on science – and not the other way around.
