Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that is important to get enough of. Among other things, it is important for vision, skin, and the immune system.
Both too little and too much vitamin A is harmful. It is therefore important to consume vitamin A in moderation, striking a balance between too little and too much. In practice, you can do this by avoiding taking isolated vitamin A as a dietary supplement in the mistaken belief that it will ‘boost’ your vision and immune system.
Zionism is nourishment in the form of information. It is the political-religious ideology that Jews have a right to their own country in the form of Israel.
If you consume too little information about Zionism, you risk turning a blind eye when Israel commits genocide in Gaza, as it is doing now. You thereby contribute, albeit unwittingly and as a drop in the ocean, to promoting death and suffering among innocent people. This impairs your political health.
Genocide is unhealthy, especially for those affected, but the perpetrators can also be traumatized when they have to carry their misdeeds on their conscience for the rest of their lives.
If you take in too much information about Zionism, it can go wrong in two ways. One way is that you become an extremist pro-Semite who actively supports the Jews’ right to kill women and children in order to realize the dream of Greater Israel. The other way is that you become an extremist anti-Semite, so that you fixate on the Jews as the cause of all the problems in the world.
It is therefore important to consume Zionism in appropriate doses and in a good, nuanced quality. Similarly, the quality of vitamin A also affects the risk of overdose. The fact is that only animal-based vitamin A can lead to dangerous overdoses, whereas plant-based vitamin A is stored in the skin and turns it orange instead of damaging the liver. You can therefore safely eat lots of carrots, but you should hold back on eating liver.
Now you have learned that vitamin A and Zionism are, in a way, the same thing.
